Lively Beach has a private boardwalk to the beach. Once there you will find a vibrant beach with one of the areas best surf breaks just a short distance towards the jetty also enjoy kite boarding, fishing and other activities from this prime location. Of course, there is also plenty of space to find a spot to just relax with your toes in the sand.

Lively Beach’s brand-new pool is a great gathering spot with an island in the middle that has submerged seats. There are also plenty of loungers, tables, chairs and even outlets… so if you must bring the laptop to stay on top of work you’ll be full charged! The early evening views from the Lively Beach are a MUST!

When the sun sets Lively Beach comes ALIVE! The unique exterior lighting has been designed to highlight the resort’s architectural elements while being friendly to delicate native creatures. Watch palm leaves dance on the sides of the resilient construction or the reflection of the pool’s crystal-clear waters on the nearby structures. For the best views climb to the roof top deck at Surfrider or Mavericks for 360-degree views of the gulf and the bay.

Lively Beach boasts two roof top decks with amazing views, cool trade winds and places to relax. The Beach Club offers multiple grills and seating areas to enjoy the perfect meal outside. Each unit has a picnic set up so you can enjoy these outdoor gathering areas conveniently.
