Thoughtfully Crafted & Executed Master Plan
Lively Beach is being developed utilizing unique construction methods with a constant focus on being as eco-friendly as possible. Guests will enjoy the network of walking and biking trails and a six acre bird estuary restored during the development process. Structures have been built using a proprietary resilient building system that reduces construction impacts and is highly energy efficient.

A Resort Experience with your safety in mind
Arriving to Lively Beach is easy… We offer touch-less check-in where guests typically check-in with their phone avoiding the lobby entirely by using the door code provided during the on-line check-in process. The community is gated and secure and all accommodations feature exterior entrances. Housekeeping and maintenance services are all provided with the highest standards and feature extensive sanitation methods that follow and exceed all industry and governmental guidelines.
